‘Tens’ championship – fastest three tens during the season. TT championship best 10, 25 and 50 miles count.

10th February (Saturday) Annual Prize Presentation and Social, Walshaw Sports Club. Assemble 7.30pm. Ring Bob Duckworth 01204 884 297. Applaud our racing members for their 2006 achievements and enjoy the conviviality of a Clarion ‘do’.

10th March Sat Club 10 (Saturday) (NLTTA) Entry fee £4.00 to Bob Duckworth by 3rd Feb 07.
13th March Club Meeting. Frank Jefferson’s 7.30pm
6th to 9th April Clarion Easter Meet at Hereford – a really splendid weekend. Friday Mayor’s Civic Reception; Saturday 2 up 10-mile team time trial. Cycle Jumble, evening entertainment; Sunday – reliability rides 50 & 100km. Walking tour of Hereford town. Evening dinner and prize presentation.
29 April Sun 10 am Annual Clarion Heritage ride from Pumphouse in Manchester. To Clarion Clubhouse. M/C & Stretford lead.
17 June Charlie Westlake Memorial Rides.
19 June Club Hill Climb Have a go event open to non-members of a cycling club. Signing on from 6.30pm at Hare and Hounds, Lumb Carr Road, Ramsbottom. First Man 7.31pm. Entry Fee £2.00 to charity. Enter on day.
15 July Club 100 championship – in conjunction with North Lancs Vets – National championship. Entries close 19 June.
21 July Club 50 miles championship – in conjunction with MDTTA event see CTT handbook.
23 September 25 miles championship – entries £4.00 to Bob Duckworth by 1st September.
